@singwithbish Eek this feels a litttle vulnerable. I dont tend to post my self tapes here. I like to make my page about helping other people. But im trying to honor and allow myself to be seen in my dream. The dream ive pursued for a LONG time. The oldest, most tender dream that im slowly but surely, walking towards. You never know what will happen when you audition and frankly, its none of your business. Your job is to show up, over and over and over again- presenting your best work. Work you are proud of. Where you can walk away and say DANG, i am getting better- i AM developing these skills. I AM allowing myself to feel and embody being an artist. And then you HAVE to let go. And thats the hardest part. Dreaming and wishing and showing up as your fullest self without any attachment to outcome. Without “needing” it to come true. Because with need and attachment comes a A LOT of broken hearts, pain, self doubt and disappointment. To stand in your own power and belief in your self and say “here it goes, heres my best foot forward. Here’s my gift!” Then be able to fully present it and leave it on the table and then say “im open to whatever happens and no matter what, i STILL believe in and love myself” is truly the olympic level of perserverence and strength. And that in my definition, is true success. So here it is: a little peak into thay dream of mine. Some work that im truly proud of.
